1. B2B Ordering & Proforma Invoice (PI) Process

We welcome wholesale inquiries from importers, distributors, retailers and private-label brands worldwide. To request pricing, please provide the required product or article numbers, target quantities, specifications and destination country. After reviewing the requirements, our sales team can issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) showing factory-direct pricing, agreed specifications, shipping options and estimated production timelines.

2. Currency & Wholesale Pricing

Trade quotations may be issued in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or other agreed currencies. Wholesale prices depend on order quantity, materials, finishing, product specifications, customization, branding, packaging and current manufacturing costs. Prices are considered final only when confirmed in an official quotation or Proforma Invoice.

3. Commercial Payment Terms

Payment terms are confirmed individually for each order. New customers may be required to make advance payment before production or shipment. Different arrangements may be considered for established customers based on previous trading history and order value. Official payment instructions will be provided with the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

4. Global Shipping Logistics & Delivery

Fine Shaper can arrange worldwide shipment through established courier, air-freight and sea-freight providers. Estimated transit times vary by destination and service.

Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, destination-country procedures, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Factory Production Lead Times & Packaging

Production time depends on order quantity, materials, product type and customization requirements. Standard repeat products may require a shorter production period, while custom OEM and private-label projects may require additional time for samples, approvals, tooling or packaging development. Export shipments are packed appropriately for international transportation, and custom retail or private-label packaging can be discussed upon request.

6. OEM, Private Label & Product Samples

Fine Shaper offers OEM and private-label manufacturing for precision tools. Services may include customized specifications, finishes, laser marking, logos, packaging and product development. Samples can be supplied or developed for evaluation before bulk production, subject to agreed sample and shipping costs.

7. Product Quality Claims

Buyers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery. Any manufacturing defect, quantity discrepancy or visible transit damage should be reported as soon as possible with clear photographs, videos and relevant shipment information so that the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate solution discussed.

8. Import, Customs & Regulatory Compliance

Buyers and importers are responsible for confirming local import requirements, customs rules, product regulations, duties and taxes applicable in their destination country. Fine Shaper can provide normal commercial export documents according to the agreed shipment terms.
